Hi There is a lif to the second floor but there are a few steps to the flat from the second floor.
Is it possible to get an early check in At 12pm?
Hi It depends on when the previous guest leaves so that we have enough time to clean the flat. You could leave your bags with us at 12 if that helps.

Hi Our standard check-in time is 1 pm. We can try for an early check-in but it is entirely dependent on when the previous guest checks out and we can't let you know if this is possible till the day before your scheduled check-in
